All Out exists to guide motivated athletes at every stage of their journey to enhance their athletic performance. I use my expertise to create customized movement assessments that will fine-tune your training efforts and lead you to success in your sport. Beyond victories, I can help guide your comeback story by providing top-tier injury rehabilitation after sports injuries. Whether you're starting out or a seasoned pro, we'll work together to pinpoint exactly what you need to reach your next goal. I integrate the latest evidence in biomechanics research and rehab concepts to continually refine my techniques.
Put simply: I go all in so my athletes can go all out.
My work with each athlete begins with a thorough conversation about their medical history, injuries, sports background, and personal goals, all of which are essential for enhancing athletic performance. Through a comprehensive movement assessment, I observe current movement strategies and identify key areas for improvement. The treatment combines hands-on joint and muscle therapy with targeted exercises designed for effective injury rehabilitation and to create strong, efficient movement capabilities. At the end of this initial hour-long session, we will outline a plan for continued progress.
Injuries are inevitable when pushing your limits, especially when striving for optimal athletic performance. Whether an injury occurs suddenly or develops gradually, I'm here to assist you in your injury rehabilitation process, ensuring you return stronger than before. I'm up-to-date on the latest research and leading concepts to facilitate improved recovery. The initial stages of treatment focus on tissue healing through effective movement assessment: hands-on therapy, controlled exercises, and passive modalities like dry needling, MarcPro, blood flow restriction training, and compression recovery. This approach results in a seamless transition between rehab and training, ensuring you return to your sport healthy, confident, and more than capable.
Simply being injury-free isn't an indication that an athlete is capable of peak athletic performance. I guide healthy athletes who want to enhance their movement strategies for high-level training and competition. Whether it's improving change of direction, rate of force development, or overall strength, I conduct thorough movement assessments to identify and address any limitations that may hinder skill acquisition, speed, and strength. As an athlete develops better movement capabilities, I communicate with their existing performance coaches or suggest new ones, always considering the best interests of each athlete in their journey toward injury rehabilitation and improved performance.

I'm Adam Gentzler, a dedicated chiropractor driven by a passion to optimize athletes' movement based on their unique history, structure, sport(s), and position(s). My childhood was filled with sports—mostly soccer and basketball—which sparked my love of competition. After my time playing team sports ended, I discovered endurance sports and began competing in triathlons, eventually getting hooked on running, especially ultra-distance trail running. The entire spectrum of athletic performance has captivated me professionally. With a natural eye for movement, I've dedicated 15 years to refining my skills in movement assessment, hands-on treatments, injury rehabilitation, and enhancing athletic performance. When I'm not working one-on-one with my athletes, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Kari, and our two children, Ethan and Emelia.
